So, uh, yeah
Made it through Wilma last week with just a bunch of rain, unlike others in south Florida and elsewhere. Haven't talked to anyone down there, but will still keep trying, as I wonder how friends and family are doing down there.

Posted a few new pictures.

Rachel's brother and his wife visited from Kentucky over the past weekend. It was a good visit. Much too quick, but good.

Ordered an iPod through our Communication Arts department a little while ago, and it came in a week and a half ago. I resisted my initial urge to rip it open and tear into it, since what I really wanted was a black video iPod. So, I stopped by The Apple Store in the Florida Mall to exchange it, but found no joy as they were all out. Ended up calling the store last Tuesday to put myself on a waiting list for it, and it came in on Thursday. It was a good day. Even more good (I resisted the urge to use gooder here) is that I bought it using payroll deduction. It hurts much less that way.

Hmmm, I really could use a PowerBook as well.

Thank you. I'm sorry to hear about your uncle--I cannot even begin to imagine, even after having been without power for about a week last summer.
