Can I move in with you two? :)
robinyafah on July 6th, 2005 12:29 pm (UTC)
haha we aren't even going to live together... we haven't quite figured out how it's going to work.
Michael: Goofy Grinservermonkey on July 6th, 2005 12:32 pm (UTC)

Hey, I'll split my time between residences, though I don't know how that'll work out either. :)

Netflix.... I finally gave into the temptation and I have to say I'm glad I did. I love it. I love love love it.
Michael: Worried Dinoservermonkey on July 6th, 2005 12:20 pm (UTC)

Stop! No more temptation! Ach!

You know you want to.

I mean, the movies come in your MAIL. No more trips to the video store. No more late fees. No more sitting there at night wondering if Blockbuster will have a movie in stock....

I know! I know!

If I get a new job with a raise, I'm definitely doing it, but as yet, no new job. Plus, I also would like to get 802.11g USB adapter for our TiVo unit, a KoL set of shot glassed (they're awesome!) and. . . (my list could run long, I'm sure)

The plan I'm on? Like $11.99 a month. SO low cost. I get 4 movies in any month period. Which is about all I watch anyway, so....
Michael: Rorschachservermonkey on July 6th, 2005 12:30 pm (UTC)
Yup, that's how it started today for me.

"It's only $11.99," I've been thinking to myself for quite some time today.

It's a beautiful, beautiful thing.

And the selection! *swoon*

I've got something like 85 movies in my queu, nine tenths of which are series from tv or anime.
Michael: Marvinservermonkey on July 6th, 2005 12:37 pm (UTC)
When I cancelled last fall, my queue was up to the maximum 250 movies.

It took over me, picking movies. . .

And while we tried Blockbuster, I liked the selection at Netflix a whole lot better.

Blockbuster was my choice of undoing. Those darn coupons for free in store rentals!
Michael: Rorschachservermonkey on July 6th, 2005 12:42 pm (UTC)
Yeah, those were definitely cool. My problem ended up being that I figured I could get a couple more, since I was after all, getting free ones, you know?

My temptation level is headed back to the red.
